1. Service Description
Transit Trading provides an automated trading platform that combines Human Design transit analysis with AI-powered market intelligence. The service connects to your existing exchange accounts via API to execute trades on your behalf based on AI analysis.
2. Risk Disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The use of Human Design transit data as a trading signal is experimental and novel. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
3. No Financial Advice
Transit Trading does not provide financial advice. The AI-generated trading signals and decisions are algorithmic outputs, not recommendations from a licensed financial advisor. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and exchange API keys. We recommend using trade-only API keys without withdrawal permissions. We encrypt all stored credentials but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Exchange API outages, network issues, or system maintenance may temporarily affect trading operations. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Transit Trading, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful trading activities. You must not attempt to manipulate markets, exploit system vulnerabilities, or use the service for money laundering or other illegal activities.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all active trading bots will be stopped and no further trades will be executed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
